Christmas is approaching....fast

Just because christmas is approaching fast, I thought I would drag this up again as it will definitely repeat itself this year: It never cease to amaze me come christmas morning how many children whinge and gripe about what they didn't get. Selfish spoilt brats! This is exactly why I think parents should be allowed to smack their children (smack, not thoroughly beat and bruise). Just enough to make them respect and honour their parents, especially when they bust their arses at work to earn the money to give them a good christmas. The child in question shall remain unnamed, but those who know my family know exactly who I'm talking about.

For example, my lovely sweet Mother Dearest bought me a new phone for christmas/my birthday as my old one keeps going bung on me and dropping out during calls. And the bogan child and I had agreed many months ago to give him the phone when I got a new one. This was all good until he realised that the phone could not receive photos or real music ringtones. Then followed (word for word), "Why the hell did [Jam] get a phone? Why can't I have one?" whilst standing amongst a pile of new presents including a new fishing rod, hooks and sinkers, a tackle box, a boxing set, binoculars, books, dvds and cds.

This got me thinking - is there anyone out there that would like to adopt the feral one and show him how bad life could be for him, and that he should be thankful for everything he gets?

Then, as if that wasn't bad enough - Mother Dearest asked him to help out with the dishes....and again, word for word - "Why should I have to do everything? I always do the chores around here! It's closest to my birthday, I didn't get anything good so I shouldn't have to do anything." Well sorry dipshit, it's Jesus' birthday and what did he get on his birthday? Perfume and coins. Not to mention the fact that he was born surrounded by badly perfumed animal faeces.

Bloody children have no idea how good they've got it. Man, I sound old. But anyway, merry xmas to all! And if you come across a child like this - slap them as hard as you can!
